Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and unused. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
It is, of course, acceptable to test the vests on your dog to ensure the correct size, but please do so indoors or in a similarly dry and clean environment.

Shipping costs are only covered by DOGTECH in the event of a return or exchange of a defective item, or in the case of a shipping-related error.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, factory seconds, or products purchased during a warehouse sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-day Cooling-off Period (EU)
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
