The difference between life and death in the field

In the extensive LIFE WILD WOLF study, in which DOGTECH participates as a technical partner, a total of 26 wild boar attacks were recorded during one season. The results show the importance of the right equipment:

All dogs wearing DOGTECH protective vests during the attacks escaped with minor injuries that required minimal veterinary care. Dogs without protection, however, suffered serious wounds and internal injuries that required emergency and costly surgeries.

Function and Assembly

Technical Fiber: The protection module consists of several layers of technical fiber in a sealed pocket. This creates an extremely high resistance to the sharp fangs of a wild boar.

Easy assembly: The module is easily attached with Velcro to the inside of your DOGTECH One Gen2 basic vest . The modular design allows you to remove the protection during training or during hunting situations where the risk of wild boar is low.
